Cancelled Events
The Chief Referee has the power to cancel an event, where it is considered that the health and/or safety of our members is at risk. When an event is cancelled, the following rules apply concerning nomination fees:
1. Attend the venue and register for the event - you will receive a credit towards your next event and Start points for any Award series - e.g., Club
Consistency, Bicycle Express Performance Series (BEPS).
2. Do not attend the venue and register for the event - your nomination fees are forfeited.
3. If you are recorded as a "to pay" on the day of the event, and you do not attend the venue, then you will be recorded as owing an unpaid nomination fee
of $10.
