How to Join

- Download the VLCC Application form, and make payment at the VLCC Clubrooms, or at the Summer Criterium Series

Note:  If you would like to race in the next event to be held by the VLCC, provided you ring the Club's Handicapper by the Wednesday night preceding the event, your name will be included on the program. 

3 Month Probationary Period

All new membership applications are subject to a 3 month probationary period.  In the event your membership is refused within the 3 month period, your Club/Licence fees will be refunded.

All new members to pay additional $30.00 in first year of membership

Applicants seeking to join the VLCC will, in their first year of membership, be required to pay an additional $30 fee, and which subsequently alleviates them from having to perform corner duty or warning sign roster in the first 12 months of their membership.

This fee is only payable when:

-  You have never been a member of the VLCC before; or
-  You are applying for membership with the VLCC as you have failed to continue being a member of the VLCC and a period of more than 2 years has passed.

Note:  If you are licensed with another SAVCC Club - e.g., SD-VLCC or Adelaide Hills VCC, this fee does not apply to you, as you are required to perform duty roster obligations within your own club.

New Member to VLCC - First Ride free

All new members to the VLCC compete in their first event at no charge.  In this first "trial" event, you are not able to:

-  compete in the sprint, win or claim a place
-  claim prizemoney
-  earn points towards any Consistency Awards.

The purpose of this "first free ride" is to provide the Club's Handicapper with an opportunity to assess your level of ability, before allowing you to compete in future Club events.

Eligibility to compete in Club Championship events

All new members to the VLCC must be a member for at least one month before being eligible to complete in Club Championship events.
